The status of my booster is fine, but still I cannot receive amplification. Why?
In case the readings are correct on the booster, but you still cannot receive a proper amplification, please, provide us with the following information:
- The service you wanted to improve
- The network provider name
- The signal strength (please, check here how to check the signal strength)
Depending on the case, we may ask for additional information to solve the issue in a better way.
