Your complete satisfaction with cell signal boosters is guaranteed or items may be returned or exchanged within thirty days from your purchase day. You will only pay for return shipping and insurance fees.
The returned product must be in the state you received it, unworn, in its original packaging.
The return process may take from 2 to 6 weeks once we get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return and complete your refund.
If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we sort this out for you. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 5 days of the receipt of your order. You will be requested to provide evidence of the damaged items. We are liable to pay the shipping costs for the faulty products.
Important: The return address is being provided by our customer Service, as the address mentioned in our website is an administrative address. We are not liable to refund in case of entering a wrong address while ordering or returning an item to the wrong address.
You can return the product for a replacement within 30 days from the receiving date. In order to replace your product with a different one you need to return the original product. In case there is an additional payment required for the new kit, you will need to place a new order. In case a partial refund is required, we will proceed that as soon as the original product arrives at the fulfillment center and is inspected.
The replacement process may take from 5 to 10 business days for us to get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and ship the new product.
Your refund may take up to 4 weeks. We will process the refund once your parcel arrives to us and is inspected. In case of canceling your order before being shipped, we will process the refund right after the cancellation is confirmed. You may cancel your order within 4 hours after placing an order.
